We've been selected to receive a $10,000 grant for the greenhouse project through America’s Farmers Grow Rural Education, sponsored by Bayer Fund (formerly known as Monsanto grant). HUGE thanks to all farmers that nominated Hutsonville so that we were able to apply for the grant!

There will be a Meet the Teachers Night on Mon, Aug 12 from 5-6 PM. It will be an opportunity for students and parents/guardians to meet the teachers, see the classrooms, & drop off school supplies. You will also get a chance to sample foods from our new school cafeteria service, OPAA.
Freshman Orientation (this is also for any new HS students) will be from 6-7 PM on the same night (Aug 12). Chromebooks will be issued for freshmen during orientation. Chromebooks for students in grades 10-12 will be distributed from 7-8 PM. Chromebook insurance ($31) must be paid in order for your student to receive their Chromebook.
First day for students is Fri, Aug 16 with a 2 PM dismissal!

HS Volleyball Camp is next week, Mon, July 22-Thur, July 25. We will be in the JH gym so bring a towel and plenty of water. Camp times are Monday 11 AM-2 PM, and Tue-Thur 12-3 PM.

The Driver's Ed class begins tomorrow (Mon, July 15). It runs Mon-Fri from 8-11. $50 fee is due for those taking the class. The students will need to come in the back door (north entrance) and then go to Mrs Holmes' room on the first floor of the Jr. High.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FACULTY/STAFF: The elementary and high school hallways will open back up on July 18.
